Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident with your purchase. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 15 days after delivered
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be attached and intact

Once approved, returns will be issued as a store credit or refund, as outlined below.

**Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (if applicable)

Refund Method

  • Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method, or issued as store credit, at our discretion
  • Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected

Please allow up to 7-15 business days for refunds to appear after processing.

Final Sale & Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage
  • Items marked as Final Sale

Pre-Orders

Pre-order purchases are final once order has been placed.

  • Requests to cancel or amend a pre-order must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase
  • After this period, pre-orders are non-cancellable. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@ariesy.com.au, including:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos where applicable

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault, and to have the product replaced if it fails to meet acceptable quality standards.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email support@ariesy.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
